Job Purpose

Managing operational processes within the branches and ensuring that all operations are executed according to the adopted standards to provide the best experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth flow of work in the branch, promptly notifying the area manager if any issues affect operations.
  2. Stay updated on all operational management updates, ensuring that all branch employees are aware of and adhere to product processing standards.
  3. Determine the quantities needed for daily operations based on sales forecasts for the branch.
  4. Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary materials in the branch, requesting additional quantities from the warehouse in case of shortages.
  5. Ensure the quality and validity of all products available in the branch.
  6. Verify that all coffee machines are functioning properly and immediately notify the maintenance team of any issues, including adding necessary repairs to the maintenance request list.
  7. Report any issues with internal or external branch facilities to the maintenance team.
  8. Conduct inventory checks according to the specified schedule, ensuring no shortages or discrepancies in the materials used in operations, and entering them into the approved system.
  9. Safeguard all company property in the branch, ensuring its constant presence and not using it for personal purposes.
  10. Maintain ongoing financial commitments for the branch, deposit all cash amounts, invoices, and reports in the safe at the end of each shift, hand them over to the financial collector, and sign the necessary forms.
  11. Send daily sales reports to the financial management, explaining all required details (payment methods, cash amounts, financial discrepancies, etc.).
  12. Nominate employees for company-provided competitions according to the criteria for each position.
  13. Coordinate with the training management to continuously develop the team and improve employee performance.
  14. Coordinate with operations management to organize the annual leave plan for employees.
  15. Create the weekly employee shift schedule, upload it to the ZEN HR system, and monitor it daily.
  16. Monitor employee attendance and departure during the shift, ensure compliance with break schedules, and inform the direct manager in case of workforce shortages.
  17. Assist in the development and training of internal candidates while they are in the branch.
  18. Operate and manage the branch according to the company’s quality management policies.
  19. Achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction for the branch and improve the customer experience with each visit.
  20. Attend performance improvement training courses included in the approved job training plan.
  21. Adhere to the employee distribution plan within the branch and maintain service rates for car service, online orders, and customer delivery requests.
  22. Maintain personal appearance and adhere to the official uniform.
