Role Overview

We are hiring a Store Officer to support material handling and inventory management within our production facility.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how production and inventory systems work in a modern, system-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record incoming and outgoing materials in Odoo ERP.
• Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and placement of all stock items.
• Support Production and Procurement teams with timely material issuance.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in reconciliations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and documentation discipline.
• Learn and follow the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory.

Requirements

• DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP or other inventory software is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a technical and structured production environment.
