Store & Purchase Manager

India

  • Purchasing & Procurement:
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and quality.
  • Process and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement new technologies.
  • Inventory & Store Management:
  • Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing excess.
  • Create and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
  • Oversee product storage practices and ensure quality.
  • Handle discrepancies and quality issues with received goods.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, finance) to forecast and determine material requirements.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure purchasing aligns with sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the supply chain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
