Store Supervisor

Role: Store Supervisor for expat (Warehouse & Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in day-to-day operations of the warehouse and factory store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

 Keep basic inventory records and help maintain stock control procedures.

 Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to ensure materials are available on time.

 Help supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.

 Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with regular physical inventory counts.

 Follow company policies, health, safety, and quality standards in all store activities.

 Prepare simple reports on stock movement and material usage as required.

 Support and cooperate with other store/warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

 1–2 years of experience in a store/warehouse role (experience in furniture, furnishings, or manufacturing industries an advantage but not required).

 Basic knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse operations.

 Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

 Good organizational and communication skills.

 Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Ghala, Oman

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RO250.000 per month
