Store Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to manage our F&B central warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating effectively with the procurement and restaurant operations teams to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and store staff.
  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of food and non-food items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for replenishment.
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices are followed.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Track expiry dates and manage returns or damaged goods properly.
  • Support in monthly inventory audits and cost control activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3years of UAE experience in F&B warehouse/store supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
