Job Summary

Optimize Engineering Core Pvt. Ltd., a leading evaporator manufacturing company, is seeking a Store Supervisor – Factory to oversee daily store operations, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain smooth coordination with the production department. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage material movement efficiently within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production as per approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or reorder requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, material issue notes, and stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage practices, labeling, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality Control departments.
• Supervise store helpers and ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures.

Requirements

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in store operations or inventory management in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems / ERP will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage material handling and store staff efficiently.

Location Requirement

Candidate must be able to manage their own commute to Port Qasim, Karachi.
