Store Supervisor / Storekeeper

About The Opportunity

A management consultancy operating across facilities management, procurement and onsite operations in the UAE, supporting corporate and government clients with end-to-end logistics and inventory services. This on-site Store Supervisor role manages regional stores, inventory accuracy and material flows to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with company HSE and procurement standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations—receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, returns and stock transfers—ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and corrective action tracking.
• Operate and update stock records in Warehouse Management Systems / SAP MM; process goods receipt notes (GRNs) and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, site operations and vendors to prioritise orders, schedule deliveries and verify incoming material quality against purchase orders.
• Enforce safe material handling and storage practices, maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with HSE and inventory control procedures.
• Lead, coach and roster store staff; manage daily tasks, monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce shrinkage and lead times.

Additional Qualifications
