What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the team's performance and schedule, ensuring achievement of sales targets, providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining the shop and brand merchandising, and managing stock in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Drive the business: lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
  • Follow all appropriate Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is done systematically and consistently.
  • Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong loyalty.
  • Assist the store in achieving sales targets by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high selling techniques.
  • Execute and participate in projects, community events, and activities with minimal supervision; stay ahead of latest trends, products, and competitors; share feedback with the store manager and relevant back office stakeholders.
  • Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness; voice employee feedback, challenges, and concerns to the store manager and HR.
  • Communicate the organization's priorities to ensure team alignment with Group objectives.
  • Assist in defining responsibilities for each sales team member; manage, engage, and guide the team reporting to the Store Manager.
  • Create and maintain schedules to ensure full shop coverage and maintain grooming standards of staff.
  • Implement and promote exceptional customer service in stores to boost sales and build trust and loyalty.
  • Manage VIP guest relationships and handle all customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain operating standards by ensuring cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment per brand VM guidelines.
  • Leverage available technology tools (Clienteling app, OMS, Business WhatsApp, etc.) to support customer experience.
  • Assist the Store Manager in preparing for inventory audits and entering received goods into Baan inventory for proper stock movement record.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines; escalated complex issues to the Store Manager for timely resolution.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Clienteling Expertise: Proven ability to manage and expand a client book using CRM tools.
  • Communication & Language Skills.
