Division: Marketing & Promotions
Job Responsibilities:
1. Timely & rightly execute all marketing initiatives at store level.
2. Plan & execute category focused activations to increase footfall in alignment with operations team.
3. Ensure branding, signages & other communication tools are in place & properly executed.
4. Ensure sales revenue generation through rented space as per the locked commercial tariff.
5. Provide category-relevant insights to the category teams to drive innovative thinking and identify category drivers.
6. Coordinate with vendors for executing all visibility & activation projects.
7. Responsible for consumer knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle by region/city/store.
8. Devise cost effective and scalable branding options for uplifting the store ambiance.
9. Continuously track competitor activities and create a dynamic reporting system.
10. Promote & evaluate the private label and house brands in stores.
11. Design and guide team to develop adequate marketing POSM.
