Storekeeper

Role: Storekeeper – Joinery Division

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all materials, tools, hardware, and consumables required for joinery works. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely issuance of materials, and compliance with company standards to support smooth workshop and site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Management & Inventory Control
  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming joinery materials (wood, laminates, veneers, adhesives, hardware, paints, etc.).
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory software/manual registers.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile physical stock with records.
  • Issuing & Dispatch
  • Issue materials and tools to production staff based on approved requests or job orders.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of required materials to workshop or project sites.
  • Record all issues and returns properly to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Slips, and Issue Vouchers.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Report low stock levels and raise purchase requests as needed.
  • Coordination & Communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
