Procurement & Inventory Coordinator (with Driving License & Own Car)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily purchasing and stock control activities for our business.

The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and their own car, as regular trips to local markets and suppliers are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and communicate with suppliers to ensure best prices and quality
• Purchase goods from markets/shops 3–5 times per week
• Receive and inspect deliveries
• Enter all purchases into Syrve (POS/Inventory system)
• Monitor product cost, quality, and stock levels
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation
• Maintain organized stock records and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license and own car (required)
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control
• Familiarity with inventory systems (Syrve is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Russian language is a plus, but not mandatory
