Storekeeper

Doha, Qatar

The Storekeeper is responsible in managing, controlling, and maintaining all materials, supplies, and equipment required for maintenance operations at Baraha Town, ensuring proper storage, accurate records, and timely availability of materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • Assemble, issue, and deliver materials required for specific maintenance jobs efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspect incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and correct quantities.
  • Store materials appropriately to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory control systems.
  • Conduct regular monthly and annual stock takes, reconciling physical counts with system records.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating stores procedures and best practices.
  • Support the procurement process by coordinating with procurement for required materials and supplies.
  • Liaise with Supervisors to plan supply needs, manage delivery schedules, and forecast material requirements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Baraha Town’s safety protocols while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-maintained store area.
  • Contribute actively to the improvement of company standards, practices, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in mixed-use developments, construction, or facilities maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory control systems, stock management, safety regulations, and good housekeeping, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
