About the Role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth storage and supply operations in our hypermarket located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or hypermarket warehouse operations and be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and materials as per purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of products in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and perform regular stock counts.
• Issue materials and products to relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels, track shortages or excesses, and inform the purchasing team accordingly.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store/warehouse area.
• Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Follow all company policies and comply with UAE municipality and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a hypermarket, supermarket, or retail warehouse in the UAE or GCC.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
