Storekeeper

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming MEP materials, tools, and equipment as per delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and segregation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials for easy access and tracking.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved Material Requests (MRs) and ensure timely recording of all transactions.
• Update material receipts, issuances, and stock balances in the inventory management system (ERP/software) on a daily basis.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare material requisitions to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Ensure safe and organized storage in compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery, return, and documentation of materials.
