STOREKEEPER

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Execute the annual stock check cycle count and physically performs audit of respective materials stores as per specified procedures comparing SAP stock data, in terms of quantity, quality and technical specifications of each item on the store shelves (bins). Manage and keep control of warehouse inventory stock data and resolve discrepancies with warehouse staffs in collaboration with MMDG and drive inventory accuracies in all storage locations in the warehouse against SAP data in the system.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 6 years minimum experience in Oil / Gas / Petrochemical operations or similar materials environment.
• Computer literate with extensive knowledge of SAP or any other ERP discipline preferred.
• Demonstrate analytical skills in material engineering and reasonable understanding of engineering materials.
• Comprehensive understanding of petrochemical industry engineering materials, specifications, standards, drawings, and spare part interchangeability preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and technical communication in written and spoken English particularly for reporting purposes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in Materials Management or any relevant engineering discipline.
