Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and equipment.
  • Maintain organized storage of items following safety and company guidelines.
  • Issue materials to relevant teams based on approved requests.
  • Track inventory levels and conduct periodic stock counts.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in MS Excel or other systems.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory and stock movement reports.
  • Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and documentation of all items.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for material requirements.
  • Monitor stock expiry, damage, and discrepancies and report them promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the store area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and documentation.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
