Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue stock, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store operations, proper storage of goods, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Issue materials as requested and keep proper documentation
  • Organize and store items safely and systematically
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or damages
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store area
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments as needed
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements and Skills

  • 2-5 years + Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
  • Ability to use computers and inventory software (basic Excel skills preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move stock when required
  • Honest, responsible, and dependable

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Additional certification in inventory or logistics is a plus
