Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Properly store materials in designated locations following safety and organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or computerized systems).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or reorder needs.
• Issue materials to departments as requested and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Handle damaged or expired goods according to company procedures.
