Storekeeper

We are looking for an experienced storekeeper with strong knowledge of Odoo ERP software to manage warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock control, and handling Odoo inventory modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and stock movement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the Odoo ERP system.
  • Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage.
  • Prepare delivery notes, GRN, and stock transfer in Odoo.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement, Sales, and Accounts departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all warehouse records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a storekeeper.
  • Mandatory experience in Odoo software (inventory module).
  • Good knowledge of stock management and warehouse procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Store Keeper: 2 years (Required)
  • Odoo software: 1 year (Required)
