Inventory Management:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and organization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, updating the system promptly with changes.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and correctly documented.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange for the dispatch of goods.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory changes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
  • Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods to maintain product integrity.
  • Implement quality control procedures to uphold high standards of product quality.
  • Preferred - Male Applicants



Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.

Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
