We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage and oversee material storage and inventory control for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high-rise building construction and a strong understanding of site materials management.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and tools according to delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure that materials are stored in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding material requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the construction industry (preferably in high-rise or large-scale projects).
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and material handling practices.
