Storekeeper Cum Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and maintain stock records
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials
  • Issue materials and track stock movement
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
  • Prepare purchase requests/orders and coordinate with suppliers
  • Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain office documents
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor and manage office supplies

Requirements

  • BSc in Chemistry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with MSDS, hazardous material handling, and safety protocols
  • 2–3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience in storekeeping and administrative roles
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
