Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and maintain stock records

Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials

Issue materials and track stock movement

Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
-
Prepare purchase requests/orders and coordinate with suppliers
-
Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
-
Handle administrative tasks and maintain office documents
-
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
-
Monitor and manage office supplies
Requirements
-
BSc in Chemistry is an advantage
-
Familiarity with MSDS, hazardous material handling, and safety protocols
-
2–3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
-
Experience in storekeeping and administrative roles
-
Basic knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes
-
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
-
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
-
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
