Storekeeper-Parts

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Storekeeper to join our Spare Parts – Machinery Division in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse ensuring that spare parts are properly received, stored, recorded, and distributed as per the requirement in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and inspect incoming spare parts and accessories to ensure accuracy and quality.

· Organize, label, and maintain inventory; conduct routine stock checks.

· Perform inbound activities (receiving, binning, storage) and outbound activities (picking, packing, dispatch).

· Ensure accurate and timely customer order processing and branch transfers.

· Maintain safe custody of store inventory and ensure accuracy of stock records.

· Record shipments, stock movements, and file documentation for all inventory transactions.

· Arrange returns of damaged/wrong parts and shipments of cores to vendors.

· Assist in annual and perpetual inventories, scrapping approved parts, and ensuring cleanliness of the parts area.

· Maintain professional appearance and uphold departmental safety and security standards.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
