Salary: QR 2500
Job Summary:
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of food, beverages, and catering supplies.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming items against purchase orders

Ensure proper storage as per food safety standards

Maintain inventory records and stock levels
-
Issue materials as per requisitions
-
Monitor shortages and excess stock
-
Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
-
Ensure FIFO, labeling, and expiry tracking
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store

Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams
-
Ensure compliance with company and safety policies

Minimum 5 years of experience (Diploma preferred)
