Storekeeper - Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of raw materials and finished EPS products. This role involves managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Purchases and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and requirements:

· Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

· Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment

· Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations

· Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

· Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

· He has experience in logistics.

· Knowledge of working on an ERP system.

· Experience: at least 3 years of experience.

· Degree: Diploma or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
