Storekeeper/Project Coordinator

To ensure all required items are received, safely stored, monitored, and issued in a safe, accurate and timely manner. And coordinating with project team for the project requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing of raw materials.
  • Responsible of the custody of stocks available in the store.
  • To receive raw material as per standards/ specifications mentioned in the purchase requisition or purchase order.
  • Coordinating project activities from the beginning up to completion of the project related to material, tools, hiring of equipment and any activities related to store.
  • To ensure congenial store environment and conditions.
  • Keep records of all raw material received status and issued to departments.
  • Review of balance purchase & issue records status with accounts department on monthly basis.
  • Keep the storeroom in organized, clean and safe or 5’S implementation.
  • Responsible for identifying and labeling all store items.
  • Maintain minimum inventory level of stocks under the guidance from the accounts department.
  • Make sure that reorder levels are being monitored and make reorder when there is appropriate time.
  • Provide guidance, offer solutions to below staff and motivate them.
  • Responsible for all administration tasks for smooth operations.
  • Implement effective internal controls to safeguard the stock needs.
  • Conduct internal stock controls and validate the physical quantity.
  • Attend trainings and seminars as and when required.
  • Monitor the performances of individuals and ensure that people perform as per the established standards.
  • Maintaining records of tools calibrations.
  • Reporting any repair required to tools and machinery on time.

Qualifications & Experience

Education Qualifications: Graduate of any four-year degree course preferably Business Management.

Professional Experience: At least 3 years in similar capacity.

  • Knowledge of work process.
  • Knowledge about Stock control systems.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Keen on details.
  • Computer literate.
  • Monitor and supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Language: English /Hindi
