Responsibilities

Merchandise Planning and Purchasing:
- Based on market demand and sales data, formulate merchandise purchasing and spending plan.
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with upstream companies/suppliers to ensure the stability and quality of merchandise supply.
- Conduct merchandise selection, price negotiation and purchase order management.

Inventory
- Monitor merchandise inbound and outbound inventory to ensure reasonable inventory and avoid overstocking or out-of-stock.
- Analyze inventory data, optimize inventory structure and improve inventory turnover.
- Develop and implement inventory counting plan to ensure that the accounts are in line with the real.

Warehouse Management:

Regularly inspect the warehouse and randomly check the inventory and warehouse operation process, and report the problems in the warehouse in a timely manner.

According to the feedback from stores and actual sales, adjust the delivery cycle and time, as well as the control of delivery volume.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of work experience Store related respocibilities , with 1-2 years of team management experience;

  • Preferably with a background in business management or Logistics;
  • Possess good appearance and etiquette, excellent service awareness, with experience in home décor or luxury goods industry preferred;
  • Strong execution, communication, and negotiation skills, high professional qualities and ethics;
  • Proficient in ; Micro soft office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
