Qualification : Master Degree

Experience: 10 - 15 years of inventory management

Skills: SAP, ERP Experience is mandatory

Responsibility:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted production while minimizing excess inventory.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• ERP/SAP Operations:
• Utilize SAP or equivalent ERP systems for inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of goods receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Generate inventory reports, consumption trends, and stock movement analysis using ERP tools.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train store personnel on inventory handling, safety protocols, and ERP usage.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordination & Compliance:
• Liaise with procurement, production, and quality departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials, GRNs, and stock ledgers.
