To supervise stores operations ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, tools, and equipment in line with company procedures and project requirements.

Stores Operations

Supervise day-to-day stores activities including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

Ensure materials are stored properly to avoid damage, deterioration, or loss.

Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, issue notes, stock registers, bin cards).

Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed where applicable.
Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

Identify and report shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.

Prevent material wastage, misuse, and pilferage.
