PlacidWay is looking for a Strategic Account Coordinator to manage and grow our global network of healthcare providers. This is a key role in helping providers enhance their performance, improve patient communication, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, personal relationships with healthcare providers, acting as their main point of contact. Guide them in optimizing their profiles for improved visibility and patient acquisition, ensuring they feel supported and engaged at every step.
- Weekly Pipeline & Performance Management: Help providers manage their weekly patient inquiry pipeline, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to boost conversion rates and drive performance.
- Patient Communication Enhancement: Collaborate with providers to refine their patient communication strategies, ensuring responsiveness and personalization in every interaction. Share best practices to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement and reach out to patients if needed.
- Revenue Generation & Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize revenue for providers through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Monitor sales metrics and suggest data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Patient Journey Optimization: Work with providers to streamline the patient journey, from inquiry to treatment. Recommend tools and approaches to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure positive outcomes.
- Continuous Strategy Improvement: Regularly analyze provider performance data and gather feedback to refine strategies for engagement. Develop and implement solutions to increase provider visibility, optimize sales performance, and improve overall success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or provider relations, ideally in a B2B or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and trends to improve processes.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and online marketplaces is a plus.
- A commitment to improving healthcare access and patient experience.
