Overview:
We are seeking a candidate who excels at fostering deep, meaningful relationships rather than superficial interactions. This individual should strategically identify and engage the right contracting officers and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate contracting officers, program managers, and decision-makers.
- Develop trust-based relationships with U.S. government stakeholders, moving beyond casual check-ins and generic communication.
- Gain insight into what motivates government officials to engage with you through focused research, context-building, and aligning value propositions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent and professional communication to remain the foremost contact when new business opportunities arise.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (RFQ, BD, and Compliance) to ensure timely execution of obligations.
- Monitor contract milestones, reporting requirements, and key deadlines with a strong sense of ownership.
- Conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and ensure comprehensive resolution of issues through disciplined follow-up.
- Prepare clear documentation and communication notes for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Quick adaptability to the B2G/GovCon environment, with a willingness to learn through training.
- Availability to work within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
