The Mission

We are seeking a high-caliber financial strategist to take full ownership of our finance function. This is not a traditional role; it is a mandate to lead, transform, and scale a robust finance team within a high-growth environment.

You will be the primary financial architect, reporting to the executive board and ensuring that our fiscal health keeps pace with our rapid operational expansion.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a specific blend of technical rigor and seasoned leadership. To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

• Professional Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Big 4 Foundation: A minimum of 5 years of early-career experience within a Big 4 firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is mandatory.
• Seniority & Experience: Approximately 15–20 years of post-qualification experience. We are looking for a professional who has reached a level of maturity where they can lead complex teams and navigate high-stakes financial environments.
• Team Leadership: Extensive experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling complete finance departments.
• Strategic Scope: Expertise in financial governance, statutory compliance, tax strategy, and process optimization.
