Job Summary:
Responsible for some financial accounting and reporting, procedures and internal controls of the Erlanger Community Health Centers. As instructed by Director of Finance, this position will work with federal and state tax authorities and government regulators (BPHC, HRSA regional office, etc.); Responsible for analytical review of productivity; monthly analytical review of department expense and revenues, identifying and evaluating negative trends against budget; daily review of departmental charges; monthly review of department patient volumes.; Responsible for all grant reporting and ongoing maintenance. Responsible for coordination of A133 audit. Provides necessary information for auditors and other required parties. Participates in and performs various special projects. Serves as designated responsible person in absence of Finance Director. Leading and directing the overall strategy of the community health centers, in accordance with patient/customer needs, community needs, government regulations, and compliance with company policy; with a focus on maintaining excellent clinical care. Other responsibilities include a broad range of activities centered on financial and operational reporting for ECHC, using both internal and external information sources to develop analytical metrics related to the healthcare business enterprise.

7 years or more in finance/accounting

Hospital accounting experience, experience with financial and operational analysis, leadership interactions and reporting.

Job Summary:
Responsible for financial analytics, strategic and operational support to drive process improvement, productivity management, expense management and revenue enhancement; liaison between finance and operating department leadership; perform department level analytical reviews, document and make recommendations based on findings; specifically, monthly analytical review of department expenses and revenues, and identifying and evaluating negative trends against budget; daily review of departmental charges; monthly review of department patient volumes reporting; P&L reporting; work with Director of Finance in assisting with any data and graph request; and performs other duties as assigned.
