To strengthen our consulting team in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Planner to lead financial planning initiatives and deliver high-value insights to clients.

Role Overview

The Strategic Financial Planner will be responsible for developing tailored financial strategies, analyzing investment opportunities, and guiding clients toward long-term financial growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients.
  • Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and investment evaluations.
  • Collaborate with corporate and individual clients to align financial strategies with goals.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for financial advisory services.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CFA, CFP, CPA) strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or corporate finance.
  • Proven expertise in strategic financial analysis and portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, investment strategies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
