About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can design, implement, and govern structured recruitment and performance management systems.
This role goes beyond routine hiring and HR operations — it focuses on building repeatable, data-driven processes to ensure quality talent acquisition, fair evaluation, and measurable performance outcomes.
This position is ideal for HR professionals who believe that great hiring and performance management are system-driven, not intuition-driven.
Key Responsibilities
1. Structured Recruitment Ownership
- Design and manage end-to-end recruitment frameworks, including:
- Job analysis and role charter creation
- Skill and competency mapping
- Multi-stage screening and interview architecture
- Convert manpower requirements into clearly defined roles with measurable success criteria.
2. Competency-Based Talent Assessment
- Build and maintain competency frameworks for:
- Technical & engineering roles
- Sales & channel-driven roles
- Operations & manufacturing
- Leadership and people-management roles
- Develop standardized interview scorecards to objectively assess:
- Technical and functional capability
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attitude, ownership, ethics, discipline, and cultural alignment
- Ensure all hiring decisions are supported by documented evaluations.
3. Professional Interview & Selection Practices
- Implement and govern:
- Behavioral interviews (STAR method)
- Situational and case-based interviews
- Skill validation and task-based assessments
- Guide and align hiring managers to follow structured, bias-controlled interview processes.
- Promote consistency and fairness across all recruitment activities.
4. Data-Driven & Bias-Aware Hiring
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-hire
- Quality-of-hire
- Interview-to-offer conversion
- 90-day and 180-day new-hire success rate
- Use insights from hiring data to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Design recruitment practices that encourage objectivity and reduce unconscious bias.
5. KPI & Performance Management Systems
- Design and implement role-wise KPIs and KRIs across departments.
- Establish structured performance review cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Track and report KPI achievement through dashboards and review mechanisms.
- Link performance outcomes with:
- Appraisals
- Incentives
- Development and corrective action plans

- Experience in manufacturing, sales-driven, or growing organizations is an advantage
