About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our brand and growth initiatives. This role involves developing data-driven marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with proven experience in scaling brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide campaigns.
• Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
• Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencer marketing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and present performance reports to leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
• Identify and adopt new marketing technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
