We are seeking a
Strategic Operations Associate
to partner closely with the CEO’s office in driving key strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role ideal for an analytical and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, translating data and insights into actionable decisions while ensuring seamless execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Analysis
Gather, structure, and analyze business and operational data to support strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and performance analysis to inform business priorities.
Develop forecasts, KPI tracking dashboards, and actionable reports to monitor business health.
Operational Execution & Coordination
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.
Track progress against key milestones, manage follow-ups, and proactively identify gaps or risks.
Maintain a structured operational cadence for the CEO’s office, ensuring priorities and initiatives are clearly communicated and executed.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Serve as a liaison across teams to enable effective cross-functional alignment and information flow.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-ready communication materials for leadership and board reviews.
Escalate critical insights, risks, or opportunities to senior leadership with recommended actions.
Experience & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, operations, or roles supporting senior leadership or CEO offices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail, patience, and resilience.
High maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
