About the role

You will drive instashop's expansion by securing strategic partnerships and positioning InstaShop as a top choice for corporate and office pantry solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape instashop's presence and drive B2B growth.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Securing partnerships with schools, banks, and developers to enhance brand visibility
  • Executing collaborations, activations, and integration opportunities with community platforms
  • Aligning with Marketing on budget and execution strategies
  • Developing strategies to position InstaShop as a corporate office solution
  • Managing a sales pipeline and onboarding corporate clients
  • Conducting sales pitches and product demonstrations
  • Strengthening client relationships and retention efforts
  • Leading and mentoring a team to meet sales and partnership targets
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to enhance offerings
  • Procurement & Operations
  • Overseeing procurement and optimizing operations for seamless B2B purchasing
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Implementing operational improvements and tech upgrades


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Proven track record in securing partnerships and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing sales teams in a fast-paced environment
