Strategic Procurement Manager – Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects across Professional Services categories , with a strong focus on consulting and project-based services .
• Manage competitive RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts (SOWs, MSAs, amendments) with limited legal support.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted sourcing advisor.
• Drive measurable results through financial analysis, cost optimization, and supplier performance management.
• Monitor market trends (e.g., digital transformation, nearshoring, fintech partnerships) and integrate insights into sourcing strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Professional Services sourcing experience , ideally with exposure to Big 4 or other global consulting firms .
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar sourcing projects .
• Strong contracting and commercial negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, RFx platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Supply Chain concentration preferred.
• Based in the NYC Metro Area , with flexibility to work 4 days per week onsite (Midtown Manhattan & Jersey City).
