As a Strategic Sourcing Commodity Manager , you will lead sourcing strategies for key agricultural commodities including wheat, yellow corn, soybean, and animal bran. Your mission: ensure supply security at optimal cost, quality, and sustainability standards.

This role is central to achieving operational excellence, profitability, and resilient supply chain continuity in the milling industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor global/local commodity markets and analyze trends.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and manage contracts.
• Lead negotiations and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Collaborate across logistics, finance, and quality teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement digital tools for procurement transparency.
• Conduct supplier audits and sustainability assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or commodity trading — ideally in the food or milling industry.
• Deep knowledge of global grain markets and logistics.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• ERP (SAP/Oracle) and data tools (Excel, Power BI) proficiency.
• Fluent in both English & Arabic.
