🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead vendor negotiations to secure cost-effective terms and drive value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyze spend data to uncover savings opportunities and process improvements.
• Prepare and present executive reports and summaries for senior management.
• Participate in high-impact sourcing and expense management projects .
• Support the development and improvement of sourcing processes and best practices .
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions in Coupa.
• Manage supplier onboarding and contract tagging .
• Coordinate discussions and reviews with internal teams and external partners .
• Handle system-related and administrative sourcing activities .

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or expense management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a proactive team player .
