What You ll Do

* Develop short, medium, and long-term multi-modal transportation plans for Dubai.
* Manage foresight tools to identify global transportation trends and prepare actionable insights.
* Conduct scenario analysis, recommend project priorities, and allocate strategic budgets.
* Perform technical reviews of transportation studies from both public and private entities.
* Collaborate with government agencies, private developers, and strategic partners to ensure effective project outcomes.
* Design and update Dubai s first and last-mile transportation strategy to promote sustainable mobility.
* Ensure compliance with Dubai Urban Plan 2040 and long-term strategic objectives.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Transportation Planning or a related field; PhD preferred.
* At least 14 years of experience in strategic transportation planning, foresight, and policy development.
* Advanced proficiency in transportation modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting tools.
* Strong analytical and technical review capabilities.
* Experience engaging with government stakeholders and strategic partners.
* Proven project management skills including budget planning, study oversight, and performance evaluations.
