About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategy and Operations Lead to partner with the Site Lead in driving transformation and fostering collaboration across multiple business units and global teams. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between local operations and global business lines, enabling strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Transformation
• Partner with the Site Lead to define and execute site-level strategic priorities.
• Drive transformation initiatives that enhance collaboration across business units and global teams.
• Ensure timely execution and closure of key projects and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as a trusted advisor and integrator between domain leads (BU leaders in India), corporate functions (local and global), and global business teams.
• Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop impactful executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews.
• Governance & Communication
• Establish governance frameworks for site-level initiatives and monitor progress.
• Drive effective communication strategies to keep teams informed and engaged.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed B-school.
• Experience:
• 10–14 years in strategy, operations, or consulting roles within large, complex organizations.
• Exposure to global business environments and matrix structures.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and creating executive-level presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
