About the Role

We TAREEQK portal as a startup seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to execute our aggressive 3-month growth plan. This role demandsconfidence, leadership, and proven success in the UAE and Middle East market.

The right candidate will enforce discipline, drive strategy, and ensure operations run at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert the CEO’s vision into weekly roadmaps and KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict accountability across the team.
• Lead weekly performance meetings and report directly to CEO.
• Design and enforce tactics and strategies to outperform competitors.
• Handle basic HR tasks: contracts, attendance, probation, UAE labor law compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business/Operations/Management.
• 5+ years proven experience in strategy, operations, or management (UAE/Middle East experience required).
• Portfolio of past work showing successful strategies, growth execution, or turnaround results.
• Confident leader with strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC business landscape.
• Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
• Startup or fast-growth company experience is a plus.
