Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Associate to join our Group Strategy and M&A team. The Albatha Corporate Strategy and M&A team is at the center of the Group's strategic planning initiatives across our portfolio, working with senior management and the leadership teams of our portfolio companies.

As part of the Strategy Team, you will be responsible for conducting high-impact analyses, deriving actionable insights, and discussing them with senior leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group's Chief Strategy Officer and business unit executives to influence long-term decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze company performance and competitor strategies to inform the Group's strategic decisions.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives and track progress.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A/investment advisory.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data-driven insights to real-world impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
  • Experience in GCC or other Middle East markets is a plus, but not required.
