What You’ll Do

• Lead and support business strategy and transformation projects
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
• Develop strategic plans, business cases, and recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Facilitate workshops and present insights to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Track project performance and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 4–8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis tools, Excel, and presentation software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
