Strategy & Growth Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with General Managers to lead and support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, growth, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and collaborator to General Managers, ensuring the effective execution of high-impact projects.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, including ideation, planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and risks in project timelines, report findings with root-cause analysis, and propose actionable solutions.
• Create and deliver presentations to leadership, highlighting project progress, key findings, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Education & Academic Excellence:

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university or full-scholarship graduate from a reputable private university in Engineering, Science, Economics, or related fields. Candidates who ranked in the top 100 in Turkey’s university entrance exams are preferred.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Erasmus or similar international exchange programs is a plus.

Professional Experience:

• At least 4 years of full-time professional experience in strategy consulting, supply chain management, retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and strategy execution.

Analytical & Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to develop financial models and actionable insights for decision-making.

Soft Skills:

• Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Professional discretion, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
