Strategy Lead

We are looking for a Strategy Lead to be assigned as a consultant to one of our clients, working in a hybrid model.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define and manage roadmaps for assigned strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track and oversee the execution of programs and projects within the strategy scope, ensuring value measurement and full digitalization.
• Resolve bottlenecks in strategic projects within the organization or escalate as necessary, acting as a mediator among stakeholders.
• Monitor digitalization strategies and trends in the industry, adjusting the company’s strategic approach accordingly.
• Communicate the company’s digitalization strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring widespread adoption across all levels.
• Provide senior management with reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digitalization and/or strategy management.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing complex, high-relationship strategic projects/programs or software leadership roles.
• Experience in value monitoring, scaling, and tracking within strategy management.
• Proficiency in prioritization models based on strategic goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and digital strategy development skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, with strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop fast, effective, and sustainable solutions to technology-oriented challenges.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
