Role Overview

As an Intern (New Associate) within Accenture Strategy , you will support strategy teams on high-impact engagements for senior executives and C‑suite leaders. You will work on projects involving growth strategy, market entry, operating model design, digital strategy, and large-scale transformation.

This role offers early exposure to top-tier strategy consulting , structured problem-solving, and real client work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support strategy consultants on end-to-end strategy engagements
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform strategic recommendations
  • Perform data analysis and synthesis to identify insights, trends, and implications
  • Assist in developing hypotheses, strategic options, and business cases
  • Create client-ready presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Support financial and strategic modeling (e.g., growth scenarios, market sizing)
  • Participate in internal problem-solving sessions and client discussions (as appropriate)
  • Contribute to knowledge development and internal initiatives within Accenture Strategy

    Qualifications & Experience


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields
  • Strong academic performance
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based, fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

  • Interest in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation
  • Prior internship, case competitions, or project experience related to:
  • Strategy, consulting, analytics, or business research
  • Familiarity with basic strategy concepts (e.g., market sizing, competitive analysis)
  • Exposure to data analysis tools or visualization platforms (nice to have)
