Schedule: Weekdays (9-5), AM and PM shifts available

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Strings & Piano Teacher to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for sharing their musical knowledge in a playful, encouraging way.

Responsibilities:

• Teach beginner to intermediate piano and at least one string instrument (violin, cello, or ukulele)
• Lead group and/or individual lessons for children ages 5–12
• Create fun, engaging lessons that align with our camp’s creative, child-centered approach
• Support students in preparing for informal performances
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with staff and families

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in piano and one or more string instruments (required)
• Previous experience teaching children preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Energetic, creative, and patient
• Degree in Music Education or related field is a plus, but not required
